I stumbled upon this spark plug guide. Its only for Bosch spark plugs but you get a lot of information about spark plugs in general
Example is spark plugs Design and Function. Ignition technology, Technical Data. And you have great pictures on how you Reading (spark plug faces). You get the whole list of what spark plugs you should buy to your car.
